Working with a team out in ********* - already have access, they're used to research models
I could possibly work with one of them on their action research project, taking over data collection.
Or I could frame a smaller project myself, tangent to their project
Or I could run an independent project and just use that space - thinking here about ipad inquiry lectures, although I'm not sure how to get qualitative data out of that. I'd have to reframe the theoretical framework. It couldn't just be test scores or what have you. Discussion. Survey. Video of class for engagement?
It could be something along the lines of code camp - maybe work with audrey on a tech tips survey, and run the project that way. I would shape the question, collection, interpretation, but the setting and population would already be taken care of
Alternatively, I could work with ******* to see what qualitative they're taking, and run a ~4 week project collecting qualitative data. There are a lot of institutional things there that I don't know about, but it would further bring me in to ******, which is one of my goals.
